We’re looking for a Footwear Designer who blends creativity with commercial intelligence.



Someone who can design trend-right footwear while also understanding consumer demand, pricing logic, and merchandising strategy. This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys working end-to-end from concept to shelf.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Design & Product Development
• Create seasonal footwear collections aligned with brand identity, customer profiles, and market trends.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, material stories, and tech packs for sampling.
• Collaborate with vendors, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely sample development.
• Ensure product quality, fit, comfort, and durability meet brand standards.

2 - Merchandising & Business Alignment:
• Analyse sales data, customer insights, and market trends to plan winning assortments.
• Work with merchandising to define category mix, price points, and SKU depth.
• Participate in range planning, forecasting, and seasonal buying decisions.
