Role Description As a Business Development Intern at Renvora, you will support the growth team in identifying prospective clients, researching target markets, and building qualified lead lists. You will assist in outreach activities, including drafting emails, preparing sales materials,



and coordinating introductory calls or meetings with HR and Admin stakeholders. The role involves maintaining CRM records, tracking follow-ups, and helping prepare proposals, presentations, and basic reports on pipeline and performance. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, pricing, and capabilities so you can communicate value clearly to potential clients. This is an internship role, based on-site in Gurugram, with opportunities to learn directly from the founding and business teams.
Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with corporate stakeholders.
Basic understanding of sales or business development concepts, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
Comfort with research and data gathering, including online research, market mapping, and organizing information clearly.
