Role Description The CSR Partnership Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing CSR partnership opportunities with corporate and institutional stakeholders, aligning them with the company’s business objectives and social impact goals. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, managing partner relationships, preparing proposals and presentations,



and maintaining regular communication to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term engagement. The role also includes coordinating CSR initiatives, tracking program performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, finance, and marketing to deliver agreed activities. The individual will be expected to maintain accurate documentation, provide periodic reports, and support strategic planning for future CSR and business development initiatives.
Qualifications

A candidate should possess strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support.
A candidate should possess experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
A candidate should possess familiarity with the role and functions of Customer Service Representatives.
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or CSR coordination, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
