We are looking for an Operations Executive with experience in logistics,, or container operations to manage the day-to-day operational activities of our container trading business.
The role will focus specifically on executing container buying and selling transactions smoothly from deal confirmation to delivery and closure.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle daily operations for container buying and selling transactions.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, depots, transporters and shipping lines.
Arrange and follow up on container pickup, release, transfer and delivery.
Check container availability and confirm container numbers, locations, condition and depot details.
Coordinate release orders, invoices, delivery orders and other container-related documents.
Track every container from deal confirmation until final delivery.
Follow up with depots and suppliers for timely container release.
Coordinate with customers regarding pickup details, depot information and delivery
Maintain accurate records of all traded containers and their operational status.
Update internal systems/CRM with container and transaction details.
Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams for deal execution, payment confirmation and transaction closure.
Ensure all container trading deals are completed accurately and within the committed timeline.
Daily follow-up on all open trading deals until completion.
Requirements :
1–3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or container operations.
Strong understanding of container documentation and depot operations.
Experience handling container movements and coordination will be preferred.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Good command of English.
Positive knowledge of Excel and operational systems.
