Role Overview
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (0–5 years experience) to join our team as Assistant Manager / Manager. You will manage end-to-end global tax compliance, provisioning, and reporting across the US, Canada, Australia, and India.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage multi-state US (SALT / Franchise Tax) and Canada (GST / HST /PST) Tax compliances and quarterly Australian BAS filings.
 Prepare monthly tax provision, tax reconciliations and review monthly Tax GLs, effective tax rate analysis,
current and deferred tax calculations and return-to-provision adjustments for all US, Canada, Australia subsidiaries.
 Prepare monthly / quarterly estimated tax workings and supporting schedules and documentation.
 Prepare and review annual US Federal and State return filings (Form 1120, Form 1120F), Canada and Australia Income Tax Returns and related schedules / compliances.
 Prepare transfer pricing workings and documentation and ensuring compliance with group TP policies and global TP regulations.
 Evaluate cross-border transactions, interpret DTAAs, assess PE risks,



and determine consequent tax implications (such as withholding tax rates and foreign tax credits).
 Identify potential tax issues and assist in developing solutions or planning strategies.
 Overhaul and monitor state-level tax portals, resolve tax notices, tax audits and queries from IRS and various state tax departments, support statutory / internal audits. Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance in all tax filings.
 Identify and implement process improvements and technology tools to enhance efficiency in tax operations.
Work on tax software and internal trackers to ensure smooth workflow management.
