currently scaling our digital, brand, and operational transformation as we build toward
becoming India’s most respected premium food packaging company.

The Role
We’re hiring an HR Manager to lead people operations across our Silvassa manufacturing
plant — our largest and most complex site, running 6 units. This is a hands-on, on-ground
role for someone who understands what HR looks like on a factory floor: shift-based
workforces, contract labour, statutory compliance, and the daily realities of a high-volume
manufacturing environment. You’ll report to the Plant Head and be the single point of
accountability for HR at Silvassa.
This isn’t a corporate HR seat.



You’ll be present on the floor, know your workforce by name,
and be the person both management and workers trust to get things right.
What You’ll Own
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Drive hiring across shop floor, supervisory, and staff roles across 6 units — from
sourcing to onboarding
Plan manpower against production schedules, including seasonal/peak-season
workforce scaling
Build and manage relationships with local ITIs, contractors, and staffing partners for
reliable blue-collar hiring pipelines
Employee Relations & Welfare
Be the first point of contact for shop-floor grievances; resolve disputes fairly and
promptly
Run employee welfare initiatives (canteen, safety, transport, medical camps) that
actually improve day-to-day working life
Maintain a reliable, low-attrition, motivated workforce across shifts
Payroll & HR Operations
Own attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll inputs across all
