Agathen Learning is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Counsellors / Admission Advisors to join our growing team in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up with student leads generated through various channels.
Counsel students and parents regarding Agathen Learning's programmes and career opportunities.
Understand student career goals and recommend the right programme.
Handle the complete admission counselling journey, from enquiry to enrolment.
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead and counselling records in CRM/LMS.
Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, events and admission drives.
Build strong relationships with students, parents and institutional partners.
What We're Looking For




2–5 years of experience in EdTech / Education Counselling / Admissions.
Strong communication and counselling skills.
Good understanding of the education/EdTech industry.
Ability to handle student and parent queries confidently.
Robust follow-up and lead conversion skills.
Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced admission environment.
