About the Role
Netraon is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to support our customer intelligence and market research activities. You will help collect, organize, verify, and maintain research and business data used in reports, analysis, and internal databases.
This is a remote internship suited to someone who is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and interested in learning how data supports market research and business decision-making.
Responsibilities
Enter and organize data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools.
Collect information from publicly available online sources and organize it into structured datasets.
Review data for missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information and make corrections where appropriate.
Maintain and update existing datasets and records.
Assist with basic data cleaning and formatting.
Conduct simple online research to support market research projects.
Follow established data-entry procedures and naming conventions.
Keep research files and datasets organized and up to date.




Support the research team with ad-hoc data collection and administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality when handling internal company information.

Success in this role means consistently delivering accurate, well-organized, and complete datasets on time. You should be able to follow instructions carefully, identify obvious data inconsistencies, and work independently while communicating clearly when clarification is needed.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and internet research skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Good written communication skills.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
No previous professional data-entry experience is required.
