We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to drive design discussions, lead technical execution, and interface directly with key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture discussions, and solution reviews for Salesforce implementations. • Directly engage with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce architecture. • Write clean, modular, and performant code (Apex, LWC, Integrations) while upholding robust engineering standards. • Utilize AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to streamline development, optimize code, and accelerate delivery. • Provide technical guidance, code reviews,



and mentorship to team members to foster technical growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Deep technical knowledge across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and system integrations (REST/SOAP). • Hands-on experience or working familiarity with AI development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot). • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
• Robust analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and architecting resilient solutions.
