The Chance
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to help us expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding business problems, finding opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term client relationships.
You will work closely with the founding/management and engineering teams, giving you direct exposure to real-world technology, product development, and business growth.

What You’ll Do
Business Development & Sales




Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and business visits.
Understand client requirements and identify how QuantumPoint can add value.
Conduct prospect meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client briefs in coordination with technical teams.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Marketing & Brand Growth
Plan and execute content and marketing activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Develop content ideas, captions, campaigns, and case-study based marketing.
Support website and digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor engagement, inquiries, and campaign performance.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate lead
