Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Operations: Managing all activities related to the GeM portal, including registration, bid participation, and post-bid formalities.
2. Client Coordination: Establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure timely updates and smooth execution of tender-related activities.
3. Tender Identification and Analysis: Actively searching for relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other platforms, evaluating eligibility criteria, and recommending opportunities.
4. Sample Dispatch Management: Coordinating the preparation and timely dispatch of product samples as per tender or client requirements.
5. Tender Documentation: Preparing and submitting required documents for tender participation, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and deadlines.
6. Interdepartmental Coordination:



Collaborating with the dispatch and production teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of tender-related orders.
7. Record and Contract Management: Maintaining proper documentation, including physical and digital files, Rate Contracts (RC), and relevant correspondence.
8. Logistics and Delivery Tracking: Monitoring shipment dockets and ensuring successful delivery to hospitals, government bodies, and authorized distributors.
9. Payment Follow-ups: Following up with hospitals and distributors for timely payments against delivered goods and services.
10. Security Instrument Monitoring: Tracking Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) submitted as part of tender security requirements.
11. Invoice Generation: Creating and uploading invoices on the GeM portal and other applicable government procurement platforms.
