Job Description-
Planning and developing merchandising strategies, business development plan with retailers
Inventory Mangement and debtors
BTL and in store execution planning
Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
Forecast sales and plan budgets.
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, transparent outs etc.
Driving new store roll outs and hand holding its merchandise planning and execution. Analyzing the merchandise gaps and bridging the same.
Executing the pull and push method in stock planning and placement to maximize sales, ensuring action on slow movers, laggards, top sellers etc.
Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
