Position: Human Resources Intern
Location: Work from Office Only
Duration: 3-Month Internship
Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Track attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll coordination.
Support performance management activities (KRAs, reviews, feedback collection).
Help in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:





Recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance).
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Ready to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
Open to learning HR tech tools (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Asana).
Eager to explore innovations in HR, including AI-driven HR solutions.
