You'll own:
→ our partner pipeline — leads, follow-ups, closing
→ outreach + reactivation
→ ops (inventory, packaging, shipments)
→ content + campaigns
→ on-ground stuff — vendor visits, meetings
not admin work. founder's office. you see EVERYTHING.

→ has actually run outreach/a pipeline before
→ writes like a human
→ doesn't need to be chased
→ wants to build, not just execute
→ is in Delhi, can show up
