Role Overview:
Client is looking for a Growth & GTM Manager, Consumer Health to lead the go-to-market
planning, launch execution, consumer acquisition, funnel management, and early growth of its
emerging B2C healthcare offerings.
This role is meant for someone who can take a consumer health product from early market testing
to structured launch and growth. The person should be comfortable working across strategy,




marketing, consumer insights, performance campaigns, partnerships, content, inside sales,
customer journeys, pricing experiments, and conversion optimisation.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on growth operator who can understand the consumer
problem, identify the right target segments, define the right positioning, build the acquisition
funnel, run experiments, and convert early traction into repeatable growth.
This is not a pure marketing role. It is a business growth role that connects product, consumer
behaviour, campaign execution, sales conversion, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.
