Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
Robust organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and record-keeping.
Capability to work in office full time in Bhusawal, including reliability in attendance and punctuality.
Comfort working with diverse groups of people and providing respectful, inclusive support.
Basic proficiency with computers and common office software (email, documents, spreadsheets).
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
Previous experience in community work, customer service, or administrative support is beneficial but not required.
Relevant education or training in social work, community development, or a related field is an advantage.
