Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Therapist / Psychologist based in or serving clients in Qatar.



The qualified in this role will conduct online therapy sessions via secure video and chat, providing individual, couples, and family counseling, as appropriate to their expertise and licensing. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing psychological assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting session notes, and monitoring client progress using evidence-based modalities. The therapist will collaborate with the TherapyMantra clinical team when needed, maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards, and adapt interventions to diverse cultural and linguistic needs. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support clients in multiple time zones while using TherapyMantra’s digital tools and resources.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
