Job Overview
We are seeking skilled ETL Developers with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and ETL development to join our growing data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting ETL processes, working with large datasets, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
The role requires strong technical capabilities, effective client communication skills, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions.
Develop and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and queries.
Build and support ETL processes using DataStage.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL jobs and data processing.
Work with scheduling and batch processing tools such as Autosys.




Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices.
Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of ETL processes.
Drive client communication and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in ETL Development.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
Experience with IBM DataStage.
Exposure to Autosys scheduling tool.
Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and batch processing.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Valuable understanding of SDLC methodologies and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
