Role: Finance Analytics & Digital Excellence

What You’ll Do:
FP&A; & Business Partnering: Partner with AVP FP&A; and business leaders on annual planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modelling, business cases,



and strategic decision support.
CFO Dashboard & Executive Reporting: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards providing a real-time view of Group financial performance, cash flow, capital efficiency, and unit scorecards.
Finance Analytics & Insights: Lead Group Finance analytics across revenue, margins, costs, working capital, and unit-level P&L;, translating data into actionable business insights.
KPI & MIS Standardisation: Establish standardised KPI definitions, reporting frameworks, data governance, and financial metrics across hospital units and geographies.
Predictive Analytics: Develop forecasting, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and AI/ML-assisted models to support financial and business decisions.
ERP Finance Workstream: Lead the Finance workstream for ERP implementation, covering process requirements, chart of accounts, UAT, data migration, go-live readiness, and post-go-live opti
