Role Description The Field Sales Representative role is a contract, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the representative will visit dealers, and end customers to promote Bosch Power Tools products, demonstrate features, and support product selection for various applications. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, executing promotional activities, and collecting market feedback on pricing, competition,



and customer needs. The representative will maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and effective after-sales support. The role also involves conducting basic product training and ensuring brand visibility at project sites.

Qualifications

Sales and customer engagement skills, including field selling, negotiation, and relationship management.
Basic technical understanding of power tools and related applications, with the ability to demonstrate product features clearly.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
Organizational and reporting skills, including territory planning, record-keeping, and use of digital tools for sales tracking.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in tools, hardware, construction, or related industries.
