Basil is looking for a senior client services leader who can combine trusted counsel with solid commercial judgement. You will lead a portfolio of enterprise and consumer accounts, align multidisciplinary teams around clear priorities and build the operating rhythm required for predictable delivery, retention and profitable growth.

What you will own
• Full P&L; responsibility for the assigned client portfolio, including revenue, gross margin, resource cost, utilisation, forecasting and commercial risk.
• Annual account plans and quarterly forecasts covering retained revenue, project pipeline, renewals, organic growth opportunities and delivery capacity.
• Commercial discipline across pricing, estimates, scopes of work, retainers, change requests, out-of-scope work and support for timely collections.
• Senior client relationships: act as a credible partner, challenge weak briefs constructively, manage expectations and lead sensitive conversations or recovery plans.
• Integrated delivery across strategy, content, social, design, video, digital, web, media and production,



with clear ownership, timelines, dependencies and approval gates.
• Portfolio governance through weekly work-in-progress reviews, monthly performance and commercial reviews, and focused quarterly business reviews.
• Leadership and development of account managers and executives, creating a culture of proactive counsel, accountability and follow-through.

How will success be measured

• Portfolio revenue, gross margin and forecast accuracy.
• Client retention, renewal quality and organic account growth.
• Delivery within agreed scope, budget and timelines, with fewer avoidable escalations and write-offs.
• Client confidence, team health and stronger commercial capability across the servicing function.

What we are looking for

• 12–15 years of experience in an integrated creative, digital, content or communications agency, with at least four years in senior account leadership.
