Job Summary

Softhealer Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of experience in online bidding and client acquisition through freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying potential clients, writing effective proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities. The role also requires close coordination with the technical team to deliver accurate project solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.
Search and analyze project requirements and submit high-quality proposals and bids.
Communicate with international clients through chat, calls, and emails to understand project needs.
Coordinate with technical and project management teams to prepare accurate project proposals and cost estimates.
Maintain solid relationships with potential and existing clients.




Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into projects.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Manage client communication during the pre-sales process.
Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and opportunities in CRM or internal systems.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience

2+ Year

Must Have

Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Should have worked in IT Industry or SaaS based products
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Strong lead generation and conversion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Good understanding of IT services, software development, or ERP solutions.
