Role Description
KN Engineering Works is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Executive Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director and key stakeholders across the organization. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving timely communication, and maintaining high levels of accountability across departments.




The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has exceptional follow-up skills, and takes ownership of ensuring that important tasks are completed on time. A key success measure for this role will be ensuring that all customer quotations are issued within 24 hours and all emails and business communications are responded to promptly, ensuring no opportunities or critical tasks remain unattended.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
· Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, production, and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Track and ensure all customer quotations are prepared and sent within 24 hours of receiving enquiries.
· Monitor and follow up on pending actions to ensure no customer request, quotation, order, or communication remains incomplete.
