Job Description: Full Stack & AI Support Lead (L2/L3 Application Support & Engineering)

Location: US Onsite / India Offshore

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Full Stack & AI Support Lead to spearhead L2/L3 application support and engineering activities for critical platforms, including the BidIQ Pricing Engine, Guidance Engine, and EnablerSwitch support. Acting as the primary customer-facing technical lead, you will take ownership of incident management, release coordination, stakeholder communication, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) leadership, application stability, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also oversee technical governance and collaborate seamlessly with offshore teams to guarantee robust, 24x7 operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Operations: Serve as the overall technical lead for key pricing and guidance engines, leading P1/P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations.
Problem & Release Management: Drive comprehensive RCA reviews, implement preventive actions,



and coordinate releases, deployments, and post-production validations.
Team Collaboration & Governance: Guide offshore support and cloud engineers, participate in governance reviews, service reporting, and client leadership meetings.
Continuous Improvement: Support minor enhancements, own transition Knowledge Transfer (KT) validation, and drive operational readiness activities.
