Role Description:
This is a full time on-site role for a Conference Producer at ObserveNow. The Conference Producer will be responsible for tasks such as conference production, market research, communication, speaker acquisition,



and event management.

? What You’ll Do:
Research industry trends & craft impactful conference themes
Build event agendas & manage top-level speakers
Collaborate with sales & marketing for event positioning
Oversee end-to-end event production & delivery

? What We’re Looking For:
2/3 years' experience in B2B events
Strong research, content & project management skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
