Job Description: Technical Expert – Windchill Development
Experience Range: 6–10 years
Location: Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram
Technology Expertise: PTC Windchill

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Windchill customization (server-side, client-side, APIs, extensions)
Deep understanding of Windchill system architecture
Proficiency in Core & Advanced Java, REST APIs, JSON, and XML
Working knowledge of CAD systems (preferably CATIA)

Good-to-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of the PTC Windchill product line, modules, and technology stack




Experience in enterprise application deployments and production support
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to resolve moderate to complex technical problems
Proven capability to work in a cross-cultural, multi-location team environment
Strong communication, coordination, and assertiveness for task ownership and stakeholder alignment
Experience working in customer support environments

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, debug, optimize, and validate code within the Windchill workplace
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive code quality improvements
Build custom Windchill solutions using APIs, customization frameworks, and extensions
Analyze and resolve complex L3 development and production issues
Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and problems; implement effective fixes
Maintain, support, and enhance existing Windchill applications
