Role Description The Production Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor. This role involves planning and scheduling production, coordinating with procurement and quality teams, and ensuring that output meets required quantity, quality, and safety standards. The Production Executive monitors machine performance, workforce allocation, and material usage to maintain smooth operations and reduce wastage.



Day-to-day tasks include supervising production staff, maintaining production records, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting audits and inspections. The role also requires collaboration with management to improve processes, troubleshoot production issues, and support new product trials in line with food technology and quality requirements.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to manage schedules, resources, and workflow efficiently.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology and Quality Control to ensure products meet safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and guide production staff.
Relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments is beneficial.
