We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective customers, understand their energy requirements, promote solar solutions, and convert opportunities into sales.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer meetings to site visits, proposal presentation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, digital channels, exhibitions, networking, and channel partners.
Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers for solar solutions.
Conduct customer meetings and understand electricity consumption, budget, roof/land availability, and project requirements.
Conduct preliminary site visits and collect information required for solar system sizing and feasibility.
Explain solar products, system capacity, expected generation, savings, ROI/payback, warranties, financing, subsidy, and applicable net-metering processes.




Coordinate with the technical/design team to prepare suitable solar proposals and quotations.
Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert qualified leads into orders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → site survey → quotation → negotiation → order confirmation → project handover.
Coordinate with engineering, installation, operations, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain customer relationships and generate referrals and repeat business.
Maintain accurate lead, enquiry, follow-up, quotation, and sales records in CRM/MIS.
Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to the reporting manager.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, local marketing activities, and customer awareness programs.
