Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rewari. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding insurance needs, and recommending suitable products across health, general, and corporate insurance lines. Daily tasks include onboarding new clients,



conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, coordinating with insurers for quotations, and ensuring smooth policy issuance and renewals. The role also involves supporting clients during claim processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The Relationship Manager is expected to proactively identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Solid client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to understand insurance products, assess risk, and provide advisory support tailored to client needs.
Proficiency in basic sales activities, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing opportunities.
