SRL is seeking a dynamic, versatile, and proactive HR & Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our human resources strategies and daily administrative operations. In this dual-function role, the person will be responsible for end-to-end HR management—from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and performance management—while simultaneously driving administrative efficiency, facility administration, and workplace workflow optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offer management) and design seamless onboarding/orientation programs for recent hires.
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, foster a positive work culture, resolve workplace conflicts,



and organize team-building events.
Performance Management: Develop, implement, and oversee annual performance evaluation cycles, goal-setting processes, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR database records.
Compliance & Policy Development: Draft, update, and enforce company HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps across teams, organize internal/external training programs, and support career development initiatives.

Business & Facility Operations
Facility & Workspace Administration: Oversee day-to-day office environment maintenance, workspace cleanliness, health and safety standards, and administrative support services.
