Role Description The Department Manager role at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. is an on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Department Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within a designated department, including planning staff schedules, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring effective merchandising and inventory management. This role includes leading and coaching team members, maintaining visual standards, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service aligned with brand guidelines. The Department Manager collaborates with store leadership and cross-functional teams to execute promotional activities, analyze department metrics, and drive achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets. The role also involves enforcing company policies, supporting loss prevention efforts, and fostering an inclusive, protected, and engaging work environment.
