Role: Mechanical Manager
Location: Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh,
Greenfield Project in APIIC Industrial Area, Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh,
Plant Production Volume: 120KTPA in Phase-1 and 240 KTPA in Phase-2,
Mandatory Experience in Carbon Black manufacturing process.

Job Purpose:
Plan, oversee, and execute construction projects, ensuring the structures and piping are of the right design and quality so as to match the operations requirement and durable in the long term. Ensure that the greenfield project is commissioned on time, within budget, and all the environmental and safety aspects are taken care in line with Birla Carbon standards and statutory standards.

KRA's:

• Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of all Rotating & Static Equipment to achieve Reliability of Plant Operation.
• Must be able to understand the basic Knowledge of Carbon Black equipment, Piping & Structure.
• Must have an idea of Equipment Specification, Overhauling of equipment as per WI (Work Instruction)
• Implementation of CAPA, RCA,5-S in the department to achieve equipment reliability.




• Responsible for the Overall Service Factor of the Plant for equipment availability.
• Monitoring of department budget through SAP & controlling the Maintenance Cost,
• IATF documentation (ISO) as per requirement.
• Identification of Training & Development need & Implementation in department
• Legal compliance of WHRB & Third-Party test report for all Pressurized Vessels, Lifting tools & Tackles etc
• Responsible for Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Control.
• Scheduling & Planning for Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Condition-Based Monitoring
• Shut down Planning for equipment maintenance.
• SAP Notification closer & PR for material management.
• Spare Management, Inventory Management Plan in the department.
• Improvement Project as per Management Plan
• Assist the team and safety manager in implementing a preventive safety management and monitoring system to prevent inciden
