Admission Manager – Part-Time

Location: Software Education
Experience: 2–3+ years in Sales, Admissions, or Counseling
Qualification: Graduate (Post-Graduation preferred)

Job Description

Software Education is looking for an experienced Admission Manager to lead the admissions team, drive student enrollments, and manage the complete admission cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the admission team to achieve targets.
- Counsel students and parents on courses and career options.
- Generate leads, improve follow-ups, and increase conversions.
- Monitor inquiries, conversion ratios, and admission performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams for campaigns.
- Handle escalated student/parent queries.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.




- Train and review team performance.

Required Skills
- Solid communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-driven and strategic approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Hindi & Gujarati; additional regional languages are a plus.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream; Post-Graduation preferred.
- 2–3+ years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Counseling, or Education/Training.
- Prior experience in the education/training industry is highly desirable.
