Founded by Ms. Saranya Rengaraj and her team, the center is dedicated to identifying the strengths and values of each child beyond what traditional education models may reveal. With small class sizes and individualized attention, Third Eye ensures tailored support through specialized instruction and research-based strategies. The team emphasizes deep understanding of each child’s abilities and needs, offering structured learning along with diverse extracurricular activities. Role Description The Healthcare Outreach Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role focuses on building awareness about Third Eye’s services, engaging with families, healthcare professionals, schools,



and community organizations to expand access to autism-focused support. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating outreach programs and informational sessions, managing inquiries from caregivers, and maintaining relationships with referral partners such as pediatricians, therapists, and hospitals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of healthcare marketing, business development or medical outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby districts.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain qualified relationships with pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, child neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and hospitals.
• Visit healthcare professionals regularly to introduce Third Eye's therapy and educational services.
• Generate referrals for children
