Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Surat. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various internal systems and databases to support ZebraLearn’s operations and learning programs. Daily responsibilities include reviewing source documents, verifying information for accuracy and completeness, organizing digital records, and performing routine data quality checks. The Data Entry Specialist collaborates with administrative and customer-facing teams to ensure learner and course information is current, responds to basic inquiries related to data updates,



and follows established procedures for data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Graduate or final-year student in any stream — commerce, arts, media, science, all welcome
Genuinely high attention to detail (we will test for this)
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets — sorting, filtering, basic formulas
Good written English; comfortable proofreading product descriptions
Comfortable with computers and web platforms, and able to follow a written SOP without hand-holding
Organised, reliable, and willing to ask questions when something looks off rather than guessing
Based in Surat or able to relocate; available to work from our Surat office
