Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counsellor role based in Noida. The counsellor will advise students on study opportunities in Europe, the UK, and the USA, including program selection, university options, admission requirements, and application timelines.
Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and supporting students with application forms,



documentation, and visa-related processes in coordination with internal teams. The role involves organizing and participating in information sessions, seminars, and outreach activities, maintaining accurate student records, and following up to ensure smooth progression through each stage of the study abroad journey. The counsellor is expected to build strong relationships with students and families, provide clear and ethical guidance, and stay updated on changing admission and visa policies for key destinations.
Qualifications
Strong student counselling and advisory skills, including the ability to understand individual aspirations and recommend suitable countries, programs, and universities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, institutions, and internal stakeholders.
