hearts and chose to become entrepreneurs. They looked at fashion differently, and believed
that fashion can be consumed with lots of fun. Bewakoof.com has always been a
for-the-people brand, understanding consumers’ sense of fashion and delivering the best.
We offer creative products delivered through delightful experiences, relatable and entertaining content, ensuring quality and affordability.

The company has a revenue run-rate of 250crs, growing more than 100% Y-O-Y, and has
managed to be the sole profitable player in the online shopping space in India. We plan to
grow 10x in the next 4 years with a vision to create India’s largest young Fashion Brand, and

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports, drawing insights from the data.
● Handle purchase orders (PO)



and purchase requisitions (PR) within the
SAP/Uni-commerce system for all vendors.
● Update Goods Receipt Note (GRN) data in the report daily.
● Collaborate with vendors on Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), account reconciliations,
and payments.
● Work with the Warehouse team to align ASNs and GRNs.
● Partner with the Finance team for payments and ledger reconciliation activities.
● Prepare additional MIS reports as needed.

Must Haves:
● Prior experience in a Management Information System (MIS) role within sales,
operations, or procurement.
● Proficiency in MS Excel.
● Ability to derive meaningful insights from reports.
● Excellent problem-solving skills.
