Role Description The Team Leader role is a full time, on-site position based in North Region(Manesar Base) & South REgion (Tambaram Base). The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. This role includes coordinating process improvement initiatives, supporting quality assurance activities, and aligning team efforts with client and organizational objectives.



The Team Leader will facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare status reports, identify risks, and support problem-solving to maintain high performance standards. The role also involves coaching team members, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Catalydd’s engineering and consulting projects.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional or project-based teams.
Demonstrated ability in process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within engineering or related industries.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions and track performance metrics.
