Role Description
As a BIM Coordinator, you will oversee multidisciplinary coordination, manage model integration, and resolve clashes while addressing high-level technical challenges. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
1. Model Integration and Coordination
Coordinate the integration of models across multiple disciplines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for all model-related coordination tasks.
2. Clash Detection and Resolution
Utilize tools like Navisworks, BIM 360, or Revizto for clash detection and resolution.
Implement strategies to address and resolve clashes effectively.
3. Technical Problem-Solving
Identify and address high-level technical challenges related to BIM workflows.
Provide innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of BIM processes.
4. Leadership and Mentorship
Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide explicit guidance to team members.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
5. Project-Specific Coordination

Qualifications and Skills Expected
Educational Background
