Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with AI expertise and 6+ years of experience to join the Digital Solutions team. The role will drive business value through advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision support across enterprise processes.
The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, software developers,
and digital transformation teams to identify opportunities, design AI-powered solutions, and deploy scalable models into production. The role requires a robust blend of hands-on data science, Generative AI, cloud technology, stakeholder engagement, and practical delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to address complex business challenges.
Build predictive, prescriptive, and classification models using structured and unstructured data.
Develop and optimize Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, AI assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.
Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy.
