Role Description The Content Strategist / Creator will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated content strategy across owned and paid channels for a growing D2C hair care brand. This full-time, in office role in Gurugram involves planning content calendars, creating copy and scripts for social media, website, ads, and email, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice, storytelling, and educational positioning. The role includes collaborating with marketing, design, and founding teams to craft campaign narratives, product stories, and community-driven content, as well as analyzing performance data to refine content directions. Day-to-day tasks will cover writing and editing, briefing and coordinating with creators and agencies, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and staying updated on beauty and D2C trends to drive engagement and growth.
