Job Title : Senior Performance Engineer
Experience : 6+ years

We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering, preferably from Capital Markets, FinTech, Stock Exchange, Electronic Trading or HFT environments.

What we are looking for:
6+ years of experience in Performance Engineering/Performance Testing
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems) and/or Matching Engines
Strong understanding of Order-to-Trade lifecycle
Hands-on experience with FIX Protocol or exchange-specific protocols
Experience in low-latency performance testing
Robust knowledge of Load, Stress and Performance Testing




Experience with Linux, networking and performance bottleneck analysis
Exposure to tools such as Wireshark, TCPDump, Prometheus, Grafana or ELK
Experience analyzing latency, throughput, CPU, memory and network performance

This is a highly technical Individual Contributor role focused on ensuring trading systems can handle extremely high order volumes while maintaining speed, stability and low latency.
