About the Role
Looking for an experienced Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, and technical support functions.
The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on and managerial experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, AWS/Azure, networking, security, IT service operations, and infrastructure troubleshooting. The role will be responsible for ensuring highly available, secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and operations across servers, networks, cloud, virtualization, and end-user computing.
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print Services, and related Microsoft infrastructure.
Oversee VMware virtualization environments and infrastructure availability.




Manage and support AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, including security, availability, and operational governance.
Drive incident, problem, and change management for critical infrastructure services.
Lead technical escalation and resolution of complex infrastructure and production issues.
Manage network, firewall, VPN, connectivity, and security-related infrastructure in coordination with network/security teams.
Ensure effective backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Develop and implement infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and technology implementations.
Manage vendors, technology partners, licenses, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Mentor and develop IT infrastructure and support teams.
Collaborate with global IT, security, application, and business teams to deliver reliable
