Role Description The Kitchen Trainee will support daily operations in the café kitchen, assisting with preparation of wholesome dishes and beverages that align with Nidhaana’s wellness-focused menu. Responsibilities include basic food preparation, ingredient handling, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The role involves following hygiene and safety standards, supporting cooks and kitchen staff, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. The Kitchen Trainee may interact with serving staff to coordinate orders and occasionally assist in explaining menu items to guests. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with a willingness to learn wellness-oriented and café-style menus.
strong understanding of hygiene practices, including food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen. Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and support a positive guest experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Interest in health, nutrition, and mindful eating; prior experience in a café or restaurant kitchen is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
