Role Description The Lead – Digital/Online Sales – General Insurance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for driving online sales of general insurance products through digital channels, including the company website, aggregators, and partner platforms. The position involves developing and executing digital sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and coordinating with marketing,



product, and technology teams to enhance the online customer journey. The role also requires overseeing digital projects, managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The Lead will mentor team members, provide insights to senior management, and contribute to initiatives that increase digital revenue and customer engagement.
