Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves meeting prospective and existing clients to understand their networking, CCTV, fire safety, and other system integration needs, and proposing suitable technical solutions. The Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver technical presentations, support the sales process with solution design and cost estimates, and coordinate with internal technical teams for implementation.



Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records in sales and service systems. The role also includes building long-term relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and contributing to product and service improvements.
Qualifications
Experience selling AMC services for ELV systems such as CCTV, fire alarm, access control, PA systems, and networking.
Experience preparing AMC proposals, quotations, and service agreements and managing renewals.
Experience conducting client/site visits to assess system conditions and customer requirements.
Experience with tender preparation and submission for service contracts.
Experience promoting AMC services to clients, facility managers, builders, and companies and converting inquiries into contracts.
