Role Purpose
The faculty member shall contribute to the University's academic excellence through teaching, research, student mentoring, industry engagement, curriculum development, and institutional service. The role is responsible for fostering an engaging learning environment, advancing knowledge through research and innovation, and supporting the University's mission of academic excellence and societal impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned discipline.
Develop and update course content, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
Employ innovative, technology-enabled, and experiential teaching methodologies.
Ensure achievement of course outcomes and program outcomes.




Evaluate student performance and provide timely academic feedback.
2. Research & Scholarly Contributions
Conduct high-quality research in the relevant discipline.
Publish in reputed journals and participate in conferences, seminars, and academic forums.
Contribute to funded research projects, consultancy assignments, case writing, patents, and intellectual property generation.
Support interdisciplinary and industry-relevant research initiatives.
3. Student Mentoring & Development
Mentor students in academic, skilled, and career development activities.
Guide projects, internships, dissertations, and research assignments.
Encourage participation in competitions, certifications, innovation activities, and experiential learning opportunities.
Support student development and employability enhancement initiatives.
4. Curriculum Development & Academic Innovation
Participate in curriculum design, review, and enhancement activities.
