Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Business Development role based in Noida. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify prospective students, generate and manage leads, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves understanding learner needs,



presenting LearningShala’s programs and services, and guiding prospective students through the counseling and admission process. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with students and partners, and achieving defined sales and enrollment targets. The individual will collaborate with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to improve conversion rates, enhance customer experience, and support growth initiatives.
