Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Operations Support Executive to support the Head of Operations in coordinating hotel mystery audit assignments across domestic and international markets.
This is a remote-flexible operations role focused on auditor sourcing and recruitment,



audit assignment coordination, backend operations, operational tracking, and day-to-day communication with auditors and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have prior hotel/hospitality industry experience, excellent written and spoken English, solid coordination and follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational activities accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Hotel/hospitality industry experience is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Auditor Sourcing & Recruitment
Identify and source suitable mystery auditors for hotel audits across different geographic locations.
Post auditor recruitment advertisements on relevant platforms, professional groups, and networks.
Conduct outreach through email and WhatsApp to prospective auditors to assess their availability and interest.
Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive auditor data
