Role Description The Database Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees the database team’s daily operations, including planning, assigning, and reviewing work related to database administration, design, and optimization. The Database Team Lead is responsible for ensuring database reliability, performance,



security, and availability for critical business systems. Typical activities include monitoring database health, troubleshooting issues, implementing data models, coordinating backups and recovery, and supporting development teams with database-related requirements. The role also involves mentoring team members, defining best practices and standards, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributing to architectural decisions for data management.
